Why We Do Siding the Way We Do
Most of our calls start the same way. A homeowner has a few cracked panels, a loose section after a storm or some soft boards under a window, and somebody has already told them they need a whole new house of siding. Sometimes that's true. A lot of the time, it isn't.
So we fix what's broken and leave good siding in place. When the siding really is done, we say so, and we replace it properly: old siding off, sheathing checked, fresh house wrap and flashing, then new vinyl, fiber cement or wood and cedar siding. We also handle the soffit and fascia along the roofline and storm damage when the weather turns.
We give straight price ranges because we've heard too many stories about vague quotes that grew once the work started. Your estimate is in writing and lists what's included. If we find rot or failed wrap under old siding, we stop, show you and tell you what it adds before we fix it.
